Background: 

John holds a Master's Degree in Quality Systems Management, a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a Master's-level Certification in Change Management from Georgetown University, and certified in Prosci's ADKAR Change Management process. He's also a certified coach with CoachU.  John is a published author and continues to write, speak, coach, and consult.

He currently is completing his Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology through Walden University.

John founded Crosscutter Enterprises after retiring from the United States Air Force in 2008.  For 11 years in the Air Force, he worked as an internal strategic business consultant.  Once out of the service, he honed his skills as a leader in strategy and organization with Booz | Allen | Hamilton -- a top ten consulting firm in the nation.  For seven years, he was employed as an internal consultant with United Services Automobile Association.
